Our business activities are based on principles that promote a culture of honesty and adherence to ethical standards, by which we hold ourselves, our employees, and our business partners accountable. We support a culture of open dialogue and accountability, ensuring diversity, equality, and social inclusion at all levels of the organization. Our activities Transparency Ethics and Compliance Supply Chain Responsibility Clear management principles ensure effective decision-making and accountability at every level of the organization. We also ensure transparency in relations with all stakeholders, from employees to customers and business partners to investors and local communities. Compliance with laws, industry standards, and our internal code of ethics forms the foundation of our actions. We have established clear policies to prevent corruption, abuse, and conflicts of interest. Any irregularities can be reported anonymously through a secure and confidential reporting channel. More information can be found in the Beyond.pl Code of Ethics. We invite business partners with similar values to collaborate in line with internal standards. We have developed a Supplier Code of Ethics that clearly outlines expectations in cooperation regarding: respect for human rights and labor standards, prevention of corruption and unfair practices, activity for environmental and climate protection, adherence to ethical management principles. Each of our suppliers must comply with the code as a condition of cooperation. We are committed to regularly monitoring collaborations and supporting partners’ development through dialogue, audits, and corrective action programs. International partnerships and programs to support sustainable operations in which we participate: European Green Digital Coalition An initiative of the EU Council, whose primary goal is to promote the idea of green governance in public and commercial spaces. Beyond.pl is the only Polish data center industry representative and a founding member of EGDC. Signatories of the initiative pledge to significantly reduce their carbon footprint by 2030 and become climate neutral by 2040. Climate Neutral Data Center Pact A bottom-up initiative of data center and cloud platform providers. The pact is intended to help reduce carbon footprint and support efforts to build green and climate-neutral IT infrastructure. Beyond.pl is the only Polish ICT company to participate in the project actively and is a founding member of the initiative. VMware Zero Carbon Committed A global program to reduce the environmental impact of increasing digitalization by lowering the carbon footprint of VMware partners. Beyond.pl is the only VMware partner from Poland to join the program as meeting its requirements. 17 Sustainable Development Goals They were defined and adopted by UN member states in 2015. They center around five areas (people, planet, prosperity, peace, and partnership). Beyond.pl is the only Polish data center and cloud services provider contributing to all 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. European Data Center Association (EUDCA) International non-profit organization representing the interests of the European community of commercial data center operators. It aims to promote and develop growth in the industry while striving to become carbon neutral by 2030. Beyond.pl joined the organization in 2023 as the first Polish data center operator.
