Bielik Nest Builders is an educational initiative created by Beyond.pl, Bielik AI and NVIDIA for developers, engineers and technology professionals building artificial intelligence solutions. The project aims to develop practical skills related to designing, deploying and managing AI agents in production environments. The first edition of the initiative has just concluded, bringing together 200 participants across 5 cities and delivering more than 20 hours of hands-on training focused on AI agents.

The project is part of GNIAZDO (THE NEST), an initiative launched by Beyond.pl and the SpeakLeash | Spichlerz Foundation in 2025 to support the development of a sovereign and resilient AI ecosystem in Poland and the Central and Eastern European region. Alongside access to modern computing infrastructure and local language models, one of the key enablers of AI adoption is the availability of practical competencies that allow organizations to successfully implement AI in real-world business environments. Bielik Nest Builders was created to address this need.

I edition of Bielik Nest Builders

The inaugural edition of Bielik Nest Builders took place in April 2026. TD SYNNEX joined the project as the partner of the first edition. The workshop series was delivered in 5 cities: Warsaw, Poznan, Gdansk, Wroclaw and Krakow, creating a space for participants to develop practical AI skills and exchange experiences with professionals working on artificial intelligence projects. The program followed a hands-on format, allowing participants to work directly with technologies used in real-world AI deployments. The workshops covered topics including:

• GPU orchestration and resource allocation using NVIDIA Run,
• building AI agents based on the Bielik model and NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit,
• cost monitoring and agent profiling,
• leveraging ready-to-use CrewAI and LangChain templates.

The training team combined expertise in AI infrastructure, GPU resource management, language model development and agentic application design. As a result, participants gained practical knowledge of AI agent development and deployment, from solution design through to production implementation. The trainers included:

The first edition of Bielik Nest Builders attracted 200 participants and delivered more than 20 hours of practical workshops. The strong interest in the initiative confirmed the growing demand for competencies related to AI implementation and the development of AI agent-based solutions in business environments.

Building competencies for a sovereign AI ecosystem

Bielik Nest Builders was founded on the belief that successful AI transformation requires not only access to technology, but also professionals with practical implementation experience. The initiative supports the development of competencies “from prototype to production”, promotes the use of local AI models and sovereign infrastructure, and helps shorten the path from experimentation to real-world business applications.
