International non-profit organization representing the interests of the European community of commercial data center operators. It aims to promote and develop growth in the industry while striving to become carbon neutral by 2030. Beyond.pl joined the organization in 2023 as the first Polish data center operator.

The PLDCA Association brings together owners and operators of the largest data centers in Poland with the aim of strengthening the potential of the Polish data center industry and educating the market and creating new job opportunities, collaborating with authorities, driving legislative changes, and leveraging the experiences of similar organizations in Europe. Beyond.pl is 1 of the 5 founding members of the PLDCA.

Beyond.pl is the only Polish ICT company to participate in the project actively and is a founding member of the initiative.

In total, in its 30+ locations in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia, DE-CIX interconnects close to 2500 network operators, Internet service providers, content providers, and enterprise networks from more than 100 countries, offering peering, cloud, and interconnection services. The combined connected customer capacity worldwide exceeds 95 Terabits. DE-CIX in Frankfurt, with a data throughput of more than 11 Tbps and 1000+ connected networks, is one of the largest Internet Exchanges in the world.

One of the European biggest Internet Associations and one of the founding members of EuroCloud and the world largest ISP Association – EuroISPA. As a network of experts eco connects over 300 members with 140 major German service providers. The association also operates the largest national data exchange, the DE-CIX in Frankfurt (Deutscher Commercial Internet Exchange) with WORK-IX and ALP-IX – offering Internet exchange, interconnect and collocation solutions to the largest aggregation of networks in the industry.

Veolia Energia Poznań SA is a producer of district heating and electricity generated through cogeneration, and it manages the heating network. It supplies heat to approximately 60% of the city’s residents, as well as to industrial plants, public institutions, and commercial and service centers. The company continues a 115-year tradition of energy production in Poznań and a 50-year history of the municipal heating network, being a recognized partner of the city and contributing to the development of its infrastructure.

Veolia Energia Poznań and Beyond.pl have initiated a collaboration on a project to recover heat from Beyond.pl’s data centers located in Poznań.

Poznań CityLab is an evolution of the Smart City Poznań concept. It is an initiative where, through collaboration among the local ecosystem of municipalities, non-governmental organizations, academia, and businesses, intelligent solutions are developed for the residents of Poznań and the surrounding region. It also serves as a knowledge hub and innovation laboratory, laying the foundation for transforming the capital of Greater Poland into a sustainable metropolis of the future.
