News Beyond.pl co-founds the first Polish Data Center Association (PDCA) 14 September 2016 A new data center association of the biggest Polish data centers, including Beyond.pl, has been established. Member companies together have the total of 9.1 thousand RACKs, which is 64% of the server storage space used in Poland. Polish Data Center Association’s main focus will be on education initiatives and Data Center service image. PDCA will also concentrate on encouraging Polish companies and government institutions to expand using professional data processing services. In order to do that, the Association is going to develop a positive image of such services and proactively educate. The main focus will be on promoting cloud computing solutions and educating about data protection and cyber security. Data center market is growing because there are very few companies that can afford IT hardware and security investments on the same level they can have using data center services.
